Thue, it could be seen as of coming from an (various) artist(s); in the context of the institution it leaves this artist(s) as kindergarten children (not artists). But as the same time no distinctive artist is present but a mere thief (not artist).
As under the power of the institution this leaves the precinct art work as scribble drawings - with the total energy-resolving and child-like state near madness (in context of (if) coming from an adult).
